Next Exit: The Data Triangle (Elem/Middle) FULL

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity full

Audience: Elementary and Middle Schools

Rationale and Learning Objectives: JCPS SIP team members will use data spreadsheets to expand their knowledge of data triangulation. Professional growth and student learning occur when the use and purpose for each report is understood.

Explain how your session addresses overcoming barriers to continuous school improvement.: Schools receive the data in a timely manner, but need resources to inform the next steps in the use of the information.

How will the content of your session propel a school improvement team to move forward?: It is very difficult to use tools you don't have. The content will allow participants to think about the information they have and make it actionable.

How might your session align with the JCPS Instructional Model? (Plan/Implement/Reflect): Data Triangulation is the perfect opportunity to reflect on what has happened so far, make a plan to use the data to inform instruction and then implement the plan in order to get new data and continue the process.
