Rationale and Learning Objectives: School teams will reflect on their current tiered intervention systems and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, infrastructure, and resources.
Explain how your session addresses overcoming barriers to continuous school improvement.: The session will offer school teams a supported opportunity to engage in planning and problem-solving surrounding their intervention systems (Tiered Model of Instruction/Intervention, Data-Based Problem Solving, Data Evaluation components of continuous improvement framework)
How will the content of your session propel a school improvement team to move forward?: The content of this session will reinforce best practices in planning intervention systems and allow school teams the opportunity for planning involving their own intervention systems. How might your session align with the JCPS Instructional Model? (Plan/Implement/Reflect): This session will be a venue for teams to engage in planning surrounding their intervention systems. The planning will involve each stage of the JCPS instructional model, as intervention systems include all three stages.
